                  Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days of placement.
We ship all across New Zealand. Delivery typically takes 3–5 working days, though rural areas may take a little longer.

                      Shipping to PO Boxes
                    
                  Unfortunately, we do not ship to PO Boxes due to parcel size restrictions.

                  We encourage our customers to choose products carefully before purchasing, as we are unable to accept returns on any opened or used products.

                      Damaged Products
                    
                  If your product were delivered damaged & unusable, please:
Email us at info@khya.co.nz and include a photo of the damages.
Our team will assess the issue and provide either compensation or a replacement, depending on the severity of the damage.
                    
                    
                      Missing Products
                    
                  Once your products have been dispatched and your tracking information sent, please keep an eye on your delivery. Unfortunately, we cannot issue refunds for parcels that are missing or stolen after delivery.
